Memcast

Development of a fully automatic membrane coating machine. The client had the knowledge how to cast membranes and would like to automate this process. Taken the design style of their product family and quality specifications into account, a concept proposal was generated. After the concept approval the mechanical system has been detailed and after several prototypes and intensive testing it was optimized to the final version. Next the exterior body was detailed for production and assembly.
